The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 9, lines 8 and 9, by striking the words “subdivision (3), section five, article two, subsection (a),”.

On page 1, section 9, line 11, following the word “$500” by striking the word “and” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “or”.

And,

On page 1, section 9, line 12, following the word “days” inserting a comma and the following:  “or be both fined and imprisoned within the limitations aforesaid”.
